Quotes / Prices
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax or shipping costs. Prices and specifications are subject to change at any time without notice. Please call for confirmation of all quotes after 30 days from the date of issue.
Terms of Payment
- For USA customers: Pre-payment, A.C.H., Wire Transfer, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard.
- For International customers: Interbank Wire Transfer, Money Order, Certified Check, American Express, Discover, Visa, Mastercard. Credit Card/Wire Transfers may be subject to a service charge.
Checks returned for any reason are subject to a service charge. Open Terms may be arranged for qualified accounts upon approval. Purchase Orders are required for all purchases. For Prepay customers: payments must be received within 5 days of order placement.
The sale of all products customized under Technical Support Requests (TSR) is final and cannot be returned for credit.
Purchase Orders cannot be canceled except with our consent. Cancellations are subject to a service charge. Cancellations of custom orders and/or special items may be subject to forfeiture of deposit.
All prices are based on EXW (Ex Works), Placentia, California. All orders are shipped via the “best” shipping method (i.e., UPS Ground or equivalent) unless the customer specifies the shipping method or unless the shipment requires special handling. All standard orders are billed Prepay & Add unless specified otherwise. Designated truck line shipments are shipped Freight Collect. Please provide the preferred shipping method on all purchase orders. Shipping weights indicated in product literature are approximate and subject to change.
All efforts are made to ship orders as specified on purchase orders. Please provide the desired delivery date on all purchase orders. Most stock items ship within 24 hours of receipt of the order. Urgent “rush” shipments are subject to additional handling charges. One (1) drop shipment is allowed per purchase order, subject to approval. Drop shipments are subject to additional service charges. TUFFLOK is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery failure.
Partial orders are shipped as soon as the product is available unless the purchase order or customer specifies otherwise.
Non Warranty Repairs
A repair charge is required if the product is out of warranty. TUFFLOK will repair failed products after the customer approves the repair cost and makes proper financial arrangements.
All returns require pre-approval. Click the Return Material Authorization (RMA) link above, complete the form and submit it to TUFFLOK for an RMA number. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Only items returned in their original condition may be accepted. RMA numbers are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Items returned for credit are subject to the following restocking charges:
- Products may not be returned for credit after 10 days from receipt of products.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- All returns must be as new.
- All custom product orders involving a Technical Support Request (TSR) or orders for customer-specific products are final, are not cancellable, and are not returnable for credit.
